Terms of Service

CrowdSays (“we”, “us”) provides a browser-based survey party game. By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

CrowdSays lets you play solo vs CPU, join rooms hosted by others, or host rooms for friends. Gameplay features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts and Host Pro

You can play solo or join a room without an account. Hosting a private room or using matchmaking requires a CrowdSays account with Host Pro — a one-time digital purchase. Guests joining a room by code never need to pay or sign in.

Purchases are processed by Stripe and linked to your account. Sign in on any device to keep Host Pro access.

3. Acceptable use

Do not harass other players, attempt to disrupt games or infrastructure, bypass payment or rate limits, scrape or redistribute question content at scale, or use CrowdSays for unlawful activity. We may suspend access for abuse.

4. Payments and refunds

Host Pro is sold as a one-time digital good. Unless required by law, all sales are final once payment succeeds. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us with your Stripe receipt email and we will review the charge.

5. Intellectual property

CrowdSays branding, UI, original audio, and original game content are owned by us or our licensors. Survey-style gameplay is a familiar party format; CrowdSays is not affiliated with any television game show.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect AI judging, or that matchmaking will always find an opponent. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of CrowdSays.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes to paid features will be noted on the pricing page when practical.
